We require a more than 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments, otherwise you may forfeit your deposit or visit fee. Payments for visits are required at the time of scheduling. You will be charged a $50 to $200 no show fee (depending on your appointment type) if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time for medical or surgical visits, and 50% of the deposit for cosmetic appointments.
